When running 0.2.2-SNAPSHOT over the plugin itself, test source sets are not being ignored anymore due to changes made in #28.

@JamesCurry-TomTom Since we removed ignoreSourcePaths and we're no longer walking sub-directories to omit test source sets, we get signature files that include test source code now. Any chance you have time to take a look?
