Remove the Getting Started/Clients page

Description
The Getting Started/Clients page can be removed because it doesn't provide value to the reader at this stage. We will have a separate, top-level section of docs regarding clients/drivers.

Top-level or inside the dev section? So far I have moved it inside dev section (in TypeDB). Can you check whether it's OK this way or should I move it like to the TOP level? Or inside the TypeDB at the same level as dev?

Clients at the top level same as TypeDB.
