Description
Update the beginning of the Getting Started/Installation page to be more concise.

Expected Content
After the heading (Installation), begin with the prerequisites section and simply put:
Java 11+ is required to run TypeDB. For manual installations, please ensure one of the following runtimes is available first:
- OpenJDK 11+
- Oracle Java SE
Vladimir: Please verify which JREs are officially supported, and add them (e.g., Oracle JDK, Eclipse Temurin, etc). Also, we can remove the list of supported OSs as a) we support Docker too and b) we have Windows, MacOS and Linux in the tabs.
