Benchmark all examples in CI

Due to the diverse nature of the datasets and associated queries, our examples can form valuable benchmarks that we can use to detect performance improvements and regressions in TypeDB.

Using "benchmark" jobs in CI (as typedb-benchmark does) will allow us to test TypeDB's performance on each build of the repo.
