Version 1.8.0 is published with mdoc as a dependency

The dependency can be confirmed here https://search.maven.org/artifact/org.typelevel/squants_2.13/1.8.0/bundle.
Because of mdoc a lot of jars are needlessly being pulled in downstream projects.
