Unable to find Gruntfile?

Yo dawgs, I just pulled down the latest and now when trying to start yeoman server it gives me
<FATAL> Unable to find Gruntfile. Do you need any --help? </FATAL>
Any idea what's up and how I can fix?

yeah jump into the app directory dood. This problem is also listed on the README.md for future referencing and troubleshooting.
