Remove quick-sign up users from recommendations

Problem

Currently you can either hide quick-sign up users altogether with a setting, or have them fully enabled. I.e. be suggested to and see them as suggestions. Being suggested to quick-sign up users is alright, but it's not fruitful to see them as suggestions yourself, as they're very likely to be gone already. Furthermore their profiles are just pure randomness, so they're not very valuable as conversation starters. Basically the recommendations end up cluttered with quick-sign up users.

Solution

Remove quick-sign up users from recommendations.

Alternatively there could be a setting for this, but I don't really feel like it's needed.
