vue file support

This Project is great.
But i found it's not support vue file. There are some syntaxErrors when analyze vue file.
I will fix it. 😄
Right on.. Indeed. This project needs some TLC.. I'm back from my long sabbatical, but active in other OSS areas right now though have been meaning to get back to getting basic / minimal updates to the parsing aspects of escomplex so the latest code at least parses. Technically I should just get things updated to Babel 7 / make a release with out the Babel runtime / bundle it. Then switch to native ESM for a Node v12+ in a future major release. Though all that is still uncharted on any timeline. The parser update is fairly easy to handle.
Currently, this isn't something that can be added check the PR for discussion.
