Not sure what mod seems to be messing with CleanF3 but I hope this crashlog can help with Improving mod compatibility.

It looks like a mod is adding null to the list of strings displayed on the F3 screen, which my mod didn't handle properly. I pushed a potential fix that should get rid of this issue.
This solution is rather sub-optimal, as it doesn't solve the root issue, but figuring out which mod adds the faulty string would be very time consuming considering the amount of mods you used.
I would appreciate if you could test the fix before I push it to modrinth, you can either build the latest commit or grab a pre-built file from here.
That fixed it! tysm! But yeah bit odd.
I'll look more into it but the pack I am using is Mindful Optimized
