SOAP Assets endpoint unstable

For some reason the SOAP endpoint isn't always delivering a result, sometimes only after a reload. Weird. All other endpoints work without problem.

yes - saw that, too. The REST services are using cherrypy, will have to add that to the SOAP service as well.

rewrote the SOAP service, it now uses cherrypy
