referrer issue was already declined by gorhill - gorhill/uBlock#3604, did he change his mind now?

Please, I don't want to see here issues which are already opened in the issue tracker. If I didn't address them yet, there is a reason. I want to see here stuff I have to look into when people mention me in some random places, and forget after reading and thinking I will have to look at this.
