Fix the back button!!

STR:

• Scroll down, pick a place either by clicking or choosing a place.
• Observe the data load in the report slide-out.
• Click the back button.

Expected: you go back to the map.
Actual: It breaks / goes "before" the app / takes you away from the page! Argh!
