Crosswalk: CIRCA to Avalon

Crosswalk from CIRCA's (adapted format) for Szczepaniak Interview Archive project resources into Avalon's batch ingest format.

This work was finalized, pending the question below about handling visibility and the possibility of porting translator names in a separate roles note.

1. Terms of Use and Visibility
   For the Szczepaniak Interview Archive we have the fields below:
   rights - Information about the rights held in and over the resource.
   access - Use for conditions governing access.
   embargo - The embargo status.
   use - Use for conditions governing use.

• In terms of visibility, Avalon only handles two options Publish=Yes or Publish=No. And unfortunately we don't have an embargo option in Avalon like we do for ERA.
• To map the above fields into Avalon we will have to use a single field called "Terms of Use" (mapped to mods as accessCondition@type="use and reproduction"). This is used generally as a placeholder for license or copyright statements. See some examples here: http://www.loc.gov/standards/mods/userguide/accesscondition.html.
