query string on server side on crud generator not working

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create new table
2. Create crud management of table
3. Set active server side in advanced settings
4. Add some data until 2 or 3 page
5. click pagination, query string page not working in url

Expected behavior
query string page url work in url
