VM Agent instead of CPU Agent

@mfouadga2 should we call it VM agent instead of CPU agent? (https://github.com/ubc-cirrus-lab/de-serverlessization/tree/main/cpu-agent). After all, the agent should be able to profile and make predictions for CPU as well as memory.
