Identify and collate resources that require citations to be added to book.bib

Many different types of resources are used throughout the chapters that may not be explicitly referenced in the book.bib file that should be added. Examples include:
- Textual in-text citations (not dynamic), e.g., "Pickell et al. 2022" instead of
[@Pickell2022] - References in figure caption text
- "Recommended Readings" at the end of some chapters
- References or links to websites
- References or links to data
