Increase in model space (degrees) should translate to decrease in world space (pixels). i.e.
pixelOffset = [
pixelPerMeter[0] * meterOffset[0],
pixelPerMeter[1] * meterOffset[1],
pixelPerMeter[2] * meterOffset[2]
]
