Workflow list forgets custom range on refresh

When refreshing the page with a custom range selected, I would expect the custom range is kept on refresh. However what happens is it reverts back to the previously selected non-custom date range.
However if the custom range falls outside of the current retention it should then fallback to either the last valid range selected or the retention period.
