workflows including / character in workflow_id fail to fetch

Something in last release (v3.19.2) has caused an issue which causes workflows to fail to load when navigating to the workflow page. The workflow_id has a / in it which is causing the issue. Most likely an issue introduced with an update to vue-router. Need more investigation to find issue and resolve it.
