Latest (v3.30.0) image is missing from Docker Hub

I was trying to pull the latest (v3.30.0) image from Docker Hub but apparently it is not there... Thanks for checking it out!

@just-at-uber do you have any updates on this?

I will try and take a look today. This was supposed to be an automated process, but maybe its giving errors at the moment?

Yep, apparently the push didn't succeed. Seems like a credential has expired...

Sorry for the long delay. I believe the issue was introduced when the node version was increased for docker file. Decreasing this allows the docker build to run correctly locally and hopefully on github actions server also.

Thanks for the update! Could you run the failed actions again so the images would be pushed to Dockerhub? Thanks a lot!
