[feature request] check config

I want a feature to check the config. Currently, it doesn't matter if the file doesn't exist in the repository as long as the structure of the config is correct. However, it is too late to notice a careless mistake such as a wrong path of the target file. I want to notice the problem in the config as soon as possible, so I want the feature.
