an enum for field "finc.format"

currently, the field "finc.format" is of type string, however, I guess, it would be more intuitive to define an enum for all possible values of this field. Currently, we could probably generate one out of the first columns of the mapping tables in https://github.com/miku/span/tree/master/assets/finc/formats.
