Re-enable `xone` driver

Sadly, after JUST getting xone added, we've had to disable it as they don't yet have a tagged release with kernel 6.3 support, which is the new kernel on Fedora as of today.
This ticket is a reminder to check-in on the following repos to watch for movement on this issue:
