Divide features page for 20.10

Currently, this page is listing pre-installed applications. There will be some changes in 20.10, such as cheese becoming webcamoid.
I propose we add a drop down for choosing a version, as well as checkboxes to show/hide the apps that are only seen in a full installation and/or live session.
