Other options to explore instead of jquery mobile

I may or may not follow through with this, but I'm thinking of setting up a native app patterned after the web app, using the same JSON as input, etc. Don't know if it's practical, but we can try to maintain them in parallel.
This would be better for offline access right? The app is wonderful and a definite hit, but i think there could be smoother offline access.
Yeah, a native app will always win out over a mobile app, hands down. Ben, perhaps you could build out a white label one that we can use over and over again each year? I could research with Kurt on how to get an android app goin.
This would be a perfect opportunity to pull more people into the project, maybe to maintain the web app aspect of the project, and leave us to try the native apps.
Oh, and Will, yeah, you have to still open it in the browser to access it offline.
After playing with both of these mobile libraries on my phone, they are both REALLY smooth and awesome, def gonna use one of em for next year
Want to record: Kurt observed that all the threads discussing problems with offline access seemed to involve users of jQuery mobile.
yeah, I think it's decided the next iterations will not use jquery mobile
