Fix Report saving of SFY ARC expenses report so that it uses SFY name Vs. FFY.

The report has the correct data, but the filename used to save the data does not match the tab.

This required that I duplicated the report and changed its name to SFY...
That way the report would have the correct name.
Fixed in PR #163
