Fix bug related to ExpiringProjects controller.

Search by director does not work when attempting to match an expired project to a non-expired project; however, search by organization does. "The Search By Director" feature does not bring back a list of projects as it was intended similar to how "Search By Organization" does.
Also please change title spelling from Accenssion Number to Accession Number. Thank you,
