Principal Investigator project/accession number auto-populate issue.

This issue applies to the 204-20x Project Mappings view, and ProjectsMapping controller.
What a person enters a project number or accession number, the other field, i.e. project number or accession number is supposed to be auto-populated by lookup. This does not appear to be happening, as data is only being set for whichever field I actually entered data into myself.
I believe John had added some AJAX auto fill/search features, but these no longer appear to be working.
