Some questions about sloth edit and cancel TXNs

Were we going to allow a Pending Approval TXN to be edited/canceled if it isn't stale? Edit popped up the not stale message

Were we going to allow KFS TXNs to be edited/cancelled? (Not on the details page yet)

If we allow a KFS TXN to be edited, would we force them to pick a COA? If Yes, do we need a flag to disable this feature until the go live date (if we deploy to prod early). Does just supplying a COA tell sloth not to send to KFS (can't remember). Would unedited fields get validated? (Need to ensure all transfers are valid COA to ensure they all get changed then)
