Enhancements to 'Login Is/Is Not ...'-style rules

  • Convert all "Login ID is" rules to explicit group memberships
  • Remove "Login ID is/is not" from the UI
  • Render all "Login ID is not" rules as an "exclusion" list
  • Ensure clicking the 'X' on a calculated member creates an exclusion (to replace the existing behavior of clicking the 'X' to generate a 'Login ID is not' rule)
