Self-compiling widget server doesn't yet support custom qsets

It shouldn't be super tedious to implement, namely some updates to the bundled express.js in the widget-development-kit repo to handle custom question sets. Currently, the player always loads with the demo, regardless of whether or not you're previewing a custom Qset from the creator.
