Don't show approve/request changes/reject once a posting is accepted

In the admin interface, once a posting is approved, the posting detail page shouldn't show the Approve/Request Changes/Reject buttons. It should just show red "Remove" button.

Done (I also did this for the admin view of an employer, so it no longer says "Approve/Reject" when viewing an employer profile).
