Can't scroll to bottom of study spaces list

Describe the bug
Padding at bottom of study spaces list is missing, so the last item is partially obscured by the toolbar

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
go to study spaces list
scroll down
notice you can't reach the bottom

Expected behavior
Last item scrolls above the bottom nav bar.
