Show keyboard shortcuts after commands

I'm opening this issue because:
- I'll report a bug
- I'll propose a new feature
Description
Discovering all the possible keyboard shortcuts / keymaps is quite hard. Memorizing all commands is even harder. What would help me tremendously, is simply showing the keyboard shortcut in the command palette. That way, I can type :my_command and instantly learn how to do this command even faster.
