(automatically) add links to the lindat repository when uploading a new corpus

In the Lindat repository, we have a nice blue box telling people that a given item is in PML-TQ, e.g. Prague Discourse Treebank 2.0
(note: you have to select "search" from the drop-down list).
In order for this link to appear, the metadata of the Lindat item must include anfeaturedService.pmltq
with a key and value (possibly repeated, e.g. for Universal Dependencies.
It probably would be most comfortable if this could be added automatically whenever the "Get data" link is set up in pml-tq and leads to Lindat (even though beware, e.g. for UD the "Get Data" goes to the general UD page, not to the item on Lindat; I would prefer if it went to Lindat, but that is a matter of opinion); until then, it has to be filled in manually. -
Also note that when a corpus is REMOVED from pml-tq (such as in the case of above linked Universal Dependencies 2.0), the corresponding link should be removed from the Lindat repository.
Related: #128 (it would be better to leave the link in Lindat and only hide but not completely remove the data from pml-tq).
