libcuda error when trying to import TensorFlow

I am trying to build an image with Python 3.6 and TensorFlow 1.13 with GPU support. I tried it as suggested in #95 with
docker run -it ufoym/deepo:tensorflow-py36-cu90
This works, but when trying to import TensorFlow inside my Python interpreter session, I get an error:

I am using Ubuntu 18.04 LTS with a GeForce GTX 1080 Ti and the latest driver 430.26.

You need to either use nvidia-docker
or --runtime=nvidia

BTW --runtime=nvidia
should be replaced by --gpu all
now.
