import tensorflow failed with errors related to some missing libraries

I run this image: nvidia-docker run --gpus all -it ufoym/deepo bash

tensorflow/tensorflow#35968. The answer puzzled me. I do not know how to slove it.
Now the problem should be fixed (in the latest deepo images with latest TF).
