Even though I'm seeing "Maximum upload file size: 362 TB", I'm getting "exceeds the maximum upload size for this site" for a 99MB file.

In 2.0 we no longer default the upload size to the tmp directory free space (which often cannot be measured properly). Adjust your limit on the settings page, and make sure you are using the default multi-file uploader (BFU does not support the "browser uploader".
