[Question] On-demand off-canvas?

Hi there
I'm trying to build a site that opens its pages like the off-canvas example, without populating the entire html with them.
I see on https://getuikit.com/docs/offcanvas that the off-canvas examples aren't there before we click them.
Could someone please enlighten me on how this witchcraft can be done? Pretty please?
