task "Get Line In Source" doesn't always resolve the source name

When initially configuring the box pactl list sources doesn't find the line source (as if the pulse hasn't been initialised, yet). Subsequent runs of the playbook are able to resolve the line source. Investigate some way of forcing the audio to initialise.
