Introduce more regression tests to test and track PROCESS. This will allow us to ensure our code works on more pathways than just those for a large Tokamak and track how changes in more models impact designs of interest. We should introduce regression tests for the following scenarios:

  1. Stellarator
  2. Spherical Tokamak (closes #2837)
  3. F-valueless version of the large Tokamak
  4. Once- through of the large Tokamak design point
