Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Lack of information about configuration within log files.
Describe the solution you'd like
Write configuration to the log via the run_log handler when it is initialised.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Writing to the base log would be ok but it does not travel to temporary locations in which analysis files exist.
