Warning the user when values are updated

The user is able to set certain parameters within the application. Doing so will in most cases prompt a recalculation of dependent parameters, but it will not currently prompt a calculation of the integration time or sensitivity. These calculations have to be explicitly requested by the user.
Figure out a way to warn the user that parameters have been updated since the last sensitivity/t-int calculation.

Maybe just add a warning to the docs so people are aware that they need to exlicitly request a sensitivity or t-int calculation.
