How to uninstall german version?

Hi
I would like to uninstall your Mi Home german version, but I cannot.
I tried with adb but it says "Failure [DELETE_FAILED_INTERNAL_ERROR]". It seems to work using this command but the uninstall is not complete:
adb shell pm uninstall --user 0 com.miui.home
Could you tell me how to clean my phone in order to reinstall the regular (multilingual) version of Mi Home?
