[Feature Request] Toggle for hiding/unhiding comments/up next on the website UI

As the title says, it would be much more convenient not to go up the extension icon to do these, in case access is needed.

Thanks for the suggestion! I'm in two minds about this:

1. this is actually the design I originally had, but I changed it to move everything to the extension icon
2. the reason is that people often want more friction rather than less --- they don't want it to be too easy to toggle specific distractions on, so I think if I were to change it back many other users would complain that it was now too convenient to show the comments (I personally prefer that I have to go to the extension icon, as it keeps me mindful about whether I really need to see the comments)
