Escape HTML in forum threads

Detailed description

From time to another I notice forum posts which render HTML elements like input, textarea, button and file upload, e.g. like this:
https://our.umbraco.com/forum/using-umbraco-and-getting-started/105046-image-name-as-label-in-block#comment-327770

Is there anyway to escape this or strip out HTML elements? Maybe a whitelist on allowed HTML characters if it need to deal with raw HTML?
