Missed gene expression - DLL3

I've been asked to check expression of a gene called DLL3 for SFRC01320 as there is a possibility it may assist the patient in accessing a clinical trial. DLL3 is not listed in the RNASum portal for this patient (ref: PANCAN) but the expression is very high when looking at the RNA coverage in IGV (exact coverage is 5782) (bam is from bcbio, it's an older case). I was wondering if you might know why DLL3 expression would not be listed in RNASum?
