Outdated Brochure

Hello!
Our brochure, https://st-pax.admin.umass.edu/passengers/brochure, seems to be significantly out of date. To be honest, I didn't even realize this went anywhere until I saw that it was included on our automated messages to new passengers. Is there any way that myself and future supervisors can be given access to update this page to keep it up to date? If not, I can list all changes that must be made.
