[Feature Request] Add copy/paste abilities for widget instances.

• Add an option to copy the current settings of a toolbar widget to clipboard (Do this from the widget settings window)
• Add an option to paste settings over an existing instance (also from the settings window)
• Add an option to Add a copied widget (from the add widget window)
