The "Load More" button fails to appear in the gridview

Hello @unclecheese,
Thank you for the Kickassets module.
I've been having issues with the Load More button on a recent project where the load more button appear in the list view but fails to appear sometimes in the grid even when there are more item than folder_items_limit
Anyone else had this issue?
